
Amanda J. Goldstein represents financial services clients in complex securities matters, focusing on regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, internal investigations, and litigation.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Amanda practiced as a litigator at a New York-based law firm, where she represented public and private companies in commercial and securities disputes in federal and state court and before arbitration tribunals.
While in law school, Amanda was an Alexander Fellow for the Honorable Vincent L. Briccetti, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Margaret Cangilos-Ruiz, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York.
