
Amanda L. Cutshall is a shareholder in the Birmingham, Alabama office of Carr Allison and maintains a diversified practice which includes workers’ compensation, insurance, labor and transportation litigation matters. Amanda serves as an annual speaker for the National Business Institute seminars and serves on legal panels for her alma mater, Birmingham-Southern College.
She also conducts presentations annually at the Alabama Self-Insurers Association (ASIA) conference and speaks specifically on the topic of workers’ compensation. In addition, Amanda speaks regularly for Alabama Law Weekly.
Amanda earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. She is admitted to practice in all Alabama state courts and before the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama.
