
Amanda Nordby is an Associate in Fragomen’s Boston office, where she provides U.S. immigration support to a variety of corporate clients. Specifically, she assists clients with preparing immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, TN and L-1 nonimmigrant petitions.
Prior to joining the firm as an Associate in 2016, Amanda served as a law clerk in Fragomen’s Boston, MA office. In this role, she prepared adjustment of status applications and EB-1 and EB-2 immigrant petitions. She also participated in a number of pro bono matters, including preparing a client’s application to extend business visitor visa status on the grounds of medical necessity.
Amanda also assisted in the appeal of an I-140 multinational manager petition, which was successfully upheld by the Administrative Appeals Office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
