Amberly A. Morgan represents and counsels employers regarding a broad range of employment matters. Prior to joining Littler, Amberly advised international insurers regarding coverage obligations for claims related to construction defects, trade dress and trade secret violations. She also represented carriers in coverage and bad faith litigation.
Amberly served as a judicial law clerk to Magistrate Judge Peter C. Lewis and to District Judge M. James Lorenz, both in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Prior to her clerkships, Amberly served as an extern to Judge Amy D. Hogue in the Los Angeles Superior Court.
During law school, Amberly spent a semester as a full time extern in the tax division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, and a summer as an extern in the law and motion department of the San Francisco Superior Court. During her first year of law school, Amberly was recognized for her outstanding written work through a moot court award for Best Brief.
