Amy Bagdasarian is an associate with the intellectual property Technology Transactions group in White & Case’s Silicon Valley office and her practice focuses on transactional and intellectual property matters.
Amy’s experience includes advising leading commercial and investment banks, alternative capital providers, other financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on IP issues and diligence in a broad range of bank financing matters concerning numerous industries including IT/software, health care/medical, pharmaceutical/chemical, consumer products, entertainment, food, and restaurant chains.
Amy also drafts IP and technology licensing and services agreements, and drafts and negotiates IP provisions in credit and security agreement documentation.
Amy’s past experience focused in intellectual property litigation and included representing foreign and domestic companies in disputes over patents, as well as in matters involving a variety of business torts including breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition
