Amy G Kales

Ms. Kales is a seasoned, highly regarded Virginia family law attorney, who is committed to keeping divorcing clients out of court and particularly enjoys assisting individuals and families who are committed to resolving their legal issues collaboratively.

She especially enjoys co-mediating divorces and other family law issues with her husband and law partner, Jonathan Kales, and is proud of her efforts in formulating, establishing and running the Kales & Kales flat fee uncontested divorce program, which provides an affordable, simple, and fast way for couples, who do not have any contested issues, to enter a Marital Settlement Agreement and divorce.

Ms. Kales is a Northern Virginia native. She resides in Fairfax County with Jonathan and their children, Jack, Noah, and Lily, where she is a board member of her children’s elementary school PTA, is past co-chair of her children’s nursery school parent’s committee, and is actively involved in multiple other community and youth oriented committees and organizations.
