Amy has a proven track record of success for upstream oil and gas operators and has served as lead counsel in a number of high-profile engagements. Amy advises energy companies in federal and state court actions on a wide variety of issues, including alleged contamination of water supplies from natural gas operations, hydraulic fracturing nuisance claims, personal injury, contract, royalty, zoning and lease disputes.
She also assists clients with environmental practices, including Act 2 remediation and has represented energy and other clients in negotiations with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, U.S. Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Department of Justice.
Additionally, Amy has significant experience managing all aspects of litigation, arbitration and mediation, including advising clients on their discovery obligations relative to electronically stored information.
Amy has been named to the “Who’s Who in Energy” list by the Pittsburgh Business Times in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
