Amy L. Bennecoff Ginsburg graduated from Drexel University. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in both Political Science and International Area Studies. After her college graduation, she received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law.
Her practice area has always been concentrated on different areas of civil litigation such as real estate, commercial, personal injury, and bankruptcy. Her present area of practice extends to representation of consumers in Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Pennsylvania Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act, Truth in Lending, Lemon Law, breach of warranty, and consumer fraud cases, and also providing representation to consumers in debt defense cases and foreclosures.
Amy has featured on several talk shows and news programs on matters affecting consumers. Amy is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Tennessee, Wyoming, and California. Additionally she is admitted to appear as an attorney before the District Courts of New Jersey; Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania; Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Tennessee; District of Colorado.
Ms Ginsburg has also been permitted to practice Pro Hac Vice before the United States District Courts of Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Western District of New York, Middle District of Alabama and Eastern District of Kentucky. Other jurisdiction where she is admitted includes Western District of Virginia, Western District of Kentucky, Northern District of New York, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
