
Ms. Amy L. Butler focuses her national practice on providing business counsel, litigation strategy and trial capabilities to corporations, transportation companies and retail establishments.
She has experience addressing a variety of emergency situations including industrial accidents, personal injury and other catastrophes.
She also assists clients with healthcare compliance requirements including issues related to the anti-kickback statues; the False Claims Act; advertising, labeling and promotion; Foreign Corrupt Practices Act; HIPAA; reimbursement issues; and the implementation of compliance programs.
Client representation often includes negotiations or agreements, filing or defense of emergency injunctions and isolation of issues and implementation of immediate solutions.
