
Ana-Claudia Roderick focuses her practice on trademark and copyright law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Roderick was an associate for a law firm based in New York, New York where her practice included intellectual property counseling and litigation in a variety of areas and industries, as well as general litigation matters including complex commercial litigation. Previously, Ms. Roderick was an associate in the New York City office of an international law firm where she focused her practice on litigation.
While attending law school, Ms. Roderick served as an intern in the Trial Division of the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Boston. She was also Assistant Managing Editor of the Harvard Civil Rights – Civil Liberties Law Review.
Ms. Roderick was recognized in 2018 and the four years immediately preceding as a New York “Rising Star” in the area of General Litigation by Super Lawyers magazine. Ms. Roderick is fluent in Spanish and has a basic knowledge of French.
