Andre D. Tinoco, Jr. defends companies against product liability litigation, focusing on Engle-Progeny smoking-and-health matters. He handles all phases of trial and pretrial work, including drafting motions, preparing witness fact investigations, preparing witness outlines, monitoring deadlines and analyzing discovery.
During law school, Andre served as a judicial intern for The Hon. Robert E. Larsen, Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri; he also completed an externship with the Department of Justice at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri.
Andre was chosen as a Shook, Hardy & Bacon Diversity Writing Scholar and has received numerous awards for advocacy in moot court and undergraduate mock trial competitions.
