Andrew J. Alberg is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm’s Washington D.C. office. Mr. Alberg represents clients acquiring, leasing and financing real estate throughout the United States.
He guides clients through every step of transactions, from term sheet negotiations through post-closing asset management matters, and is known as being a big-picture focused and practical advocate.
Mr. Alberg is also active in pro bono asylum matters. He was named Pro Bono Attorney of the Year in 2014 by the Washington, D.C. office of Human Rights First, a non-profit organization that specializes in helping refugees.
