Andrew Blumberg is an associate in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice, where he focuses on the defense of shareholder class and derivative litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Blumberg served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andre G. Bouchard of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Mr. Blumberg received his J.D., cum laude, from Washington University School of Law, where he served as a Senior Editor on the Washington University Law Review. He received his M.B.A. from Washington University Olin Business School and his B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
