Andrew S. Console is a skilled litigator whose practice centers on commercial litigation, including employment, contract and business disputes. He has extensive experience in arbitrations – both private and in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Compulsory Arbitration Program – obtaining favorable verdicts as well as complete defense verdicts.
In jury and nonjury trials, Andrew has successfully handled cases involving claims for unpaid wages, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, defamation, and negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress, as well as violations of the Uniform Trade Secrets Act and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
Andrew’s recent work includes premises liability and employment discrimination defense. He is also experienced in emergent matters, both seeking and defending against preliminary injunctions in contract disputes.
Prior to joining Fox, Andrew was an attorney at a Philadelphia-based law firm. During law school, Andrew was a summer associate at an international law firm. While a student at the University of Pennsylvania, Andrew was a four-year member of the university’s NCAA Division I baseball team.
