Andrew J. Donivan focuses his practice on construction law, representing owners, design professionals, and contractors in the resolution of disputes arising out of large-scale, technically-complex design and construction projects.
His litigation and arbitration experience includes actions involving claims for defective design and construction, delay and acceleration, surety bonds, mechanics liens, professional negligence, fraud, fiduciary duty, and other construction-related breach of contract matters.
Andrew has represented clients in connection with projects across the country, ranging from calcium chloride production plants, sodium bicarbonate plants, luxury hotel towers, and other mixed-use high-rise buildings.
