Andrew S. Esler represents clients in a variety of labor and employment matters. He represents and counsels businesses of all sizes on a wide array of employment issues, including hiring, disciplinary and termination matters, reductions in force, wage and hour compliance, and internal complaints and investigations.
Prior to joining Fox, Andrew was a litigation associate at a Philadelphia-based law firm, where he represented corporate and institutional clients in state and federal courts on a wide range of commercial litigation matters.
During law school, Andrew served as the Business Editor for the Rutgers Law Journal, and participated in the James Hunter III Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition.
He was also an intern with the Rutgers Federal Prisoner Reentry Clinic, representing incarcerated individuals in a wide range of proceedings related to easing re-entry into mainstream society.
