Andrew Fink concentrates in the areas of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on representing private investment fund sponsors in structuring funds and portfolio investment activities, as well as regulatory and compliance matters.
Andrew’s practice includes advising on marketing and fund-raising as well as on key trends in fund terms, conducting negotiations with investors and advising on ongoing operational issues.
In addition, Andrew represents both U.S. and non-U.S. institutional investors in their investments in private investment funds, as well as in connection with co-investment transactions and secondary market activities, including traditional portfolio sales, structured secondaries and fund restructuring.
In law school, Andrew was the editor-in-chief of the school’s law review. Prior to law school, he worked as a capital markets analyst for Ipreo LLC, where he advised investment banks in connection with their IPO and secondary offering activities.
