Andrew M. Geier guides businesses through corporate and transactional matters, including in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity management and commercial transactions. Andrew is experienced in both domestic and international business transactions and has advised U.S.-based and international clients on transactions in over 20 countries.
Andrew has worked with a variety of closely held businesses and startups, including a commercial real estate business, loan origination business, a recycling business, an electronic ticketing business and a construction company. He advises these young companies on set-up and corporate governance as they launch and grow.
Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Andrew was a partner at the Chicago law firm Schuyler Roche, P.C. Before receiving his law degree, he worked for CNA Insurance Companies, Celtic Life Insurance Company and American Medical Security, Inc. Andrew’s corporate background helps him see issues from a client’s perspective and has reinforced the importance of providing personal contact and care to each client.
