Andrew Goodman was born in New York and moved to Los Angeles in 1970 at the age of 12. My parents settled in Woodland Hills, the western most part of the San Fernando Valley.
I graduated from El Camino Real High School in 1977, Pitzer College in 1981 and Loyola Law School in 1984. I am married for more than 25years and have one daughter who recently graduated from Boise State University (the Blue Turf).
She’s pursuing a career as an interpreter for the deaf. I love to play golf, ice skate, cook and drink wine with good friends. If I wasn’t a lawyer, I would have liked to have been a photographer, I take my camera everywhere and love taking pictures.
Professionally, I have 30 years of experience as a bankruptcy lawyer, representing crditors and debtors. Over these 30 years, I have developed extensive nation-wide relationships with other professionals that I can call upon to help me and my clients with any need that may arise.
My clients include individuals or businesses struggling with cash flow or problems paying bills; clients who have defaulted on loans; individuals who are guarantors of debts on which the primary obligor has defaulted; landlords with tenants who have filed bankruptcy; companies needing to windown or liquidate in an orderly manner.
