Andrew Higgs

Andrew A. Higgs is a partner in the Orange County office of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the Professional Liability Practice. Mr. Higgs specializes in products liability litigation and catastrophic injury defense cases. His products liability practice is focused on cases involving chemicals, heavy machinery and home appliances.

Mr. Higgs also defends professionals in matters involving legal malpractice claims, as well as officers and directors of community associations in homeowner disputes. Additionally, Mr. Higgs defends property management companies in relation to premises liability claims. In both state and federal courts, he has successfully defended businesses in all phases of litigation, through trial.
