Andrew Hill is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on corporate and securities law. Andy represents private and public companies through all stages of their growth, with a particular focus on late-stage private companies and public companies. He regularly represents companies in securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, and corporate governance matters.
He also represents numerous private and start-ups companies in matters ranging from incorporation and initial capitalization to venture capital financings and board fiduciary rules. In addition, he frequently represents investment banks in their underwriting transactions, and he also has broad transactional experience representing venture capital firms in connection with their investments.
Prior to rejoining the firm in 2018, Andy was a partner at Goodwin Procter in Menlo Park, California. From 2008 to 2013, he was a corporate associate in WSGR’s Palo Alto office. Earlier in his career, Andy was a financial analyst for IBM in Boulder, Colorado.
