Andrew Renacci focuses his practice on business and corporate matters, including corporate acquisitions, mergers and dispositions, corporate governance, and securities matters for private and public companies.
Additionally, Andrew has represented professional athletes and entertainers in their business and personal ventures. Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Andrew was a law clerk for a Fortune 500 company in the general building materials industry.
In addition to his corporate and sports and entertainment practices, Andrew is a member of the Squire Patton Boggs Conflict Minerals Team, and a regular contributor to Conflict Minerals Law – The Source for Legal Insights & Analysis on Conflict Minerals Compliance.
