Andrew Spivack is the owner and principal of the Law Offices of Andrew Spivack with offices located in Chicago and the northern suburbs. Andrew Spivack has represented hundreds of clients in divorce, custody, spousal support, child support, arrearages and retro support, visitation, post-decree, parentage and other family law cases.  Areas of practice also include pre and post-nuptial agreements, college contribution, paternity and DNA testing. Also consistent with the new changes in the divorce laws in 2016 areas of practice include preparation of parenting agreements and allocation of parental responsibilites.
