Mr. Andrew Leet is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Leet has extensive experience representing banks, trust companies, asset managers, REITs, pension funds and other institutional lenders and investors.
His finance practice includes advising clients on a variety of lending transactions, including commercial mortgage loans, restructurings, foreclosures and acquisition and disposition of loan portfolios. In addition, Mr. Leet routinely represents institutional trustees, custodians, lenders and investors in public and private offerings, securitizations and credit facilities.
Mr. Leet has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in office, industrial and retail leasing transactions and also counsels clients with respect to joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance of both for-profit and not-for-profit entities. In addition, Mr. Leet has experience with interest rate swaps and other derivatives in connection with securitizations.
