Andrew M. Hendrick

Andrew M. Hendrick has been a lawyer since 1998. A South Carolina native, Andy moved to Virginia Beach after graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law. Andy represents small businesses and individuals in matters relating to business and corporate law, employment law and estate planning and administration.

Although Andy’s work frequently involves planning ahead to avoid potential problems, sometimes disputes are unavoidable and Andy is equally comfortable representing clients in litigation, whether in state or federal courts. Andy also works to assist the firm’s litigation department in complex civil cases.

Andy has a particular interest in cases involving the employment relationship. Andy has represented both employers and employees in regarding employment contracts and severance agreements, employment discrimination, overtime and wage issues, medical leave, unemployment compensation and rights of service members in the workplace.

Andy is an active member of Virginia Beach United Methodist church, where he teaches youth Sunday school. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, reading history and watching the Atlanta Braves.
