Andrew Mason is an associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s Special Matters and Investigations practice. His practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, government investigations, internal investigations, and False Claims Act litigation.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Andrew served for 8 years in the U.S. Navy Reserves. As an enlisted Intelligence Specialist, Andrew coordinated and built intelligence briefings for use by the Commander of Naval Forces Europe. Also serving as a Joint Targeting Analyst, Andrew provided support for contingency planning in the Mediterranean Sea Area of Responsibility, including the Middle East and North Africa.
Andrew received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2015 from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Georgia Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, Andrew served as an intern to Justice Keith Blackwell of the Georgia Supreme Court. He also served as an intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Atlanta Regional Office and an extern in the legal department of a Fortune 100 company.
