Andrew E. Renison focuses his practice on U.S. district court litigation, with particular experience related to patent litigation involving the Hatch-Waxman Act governing FDA approval of pharmaceutical products. He also has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and foreign patent offices.
Andrew’s litigation experience includes numerous aspects of trial preparation, such as pre-filing investigations, coordinating fact and expert discovery, taking depositions, working with experts, preparing witnesses for depositions, drafting motions and briefs, and managing day-to-day litigation activities.
Andrew’s technical experience focused on the production and performance-testing of metal alloys ceramics. He was a recipient of the Metallurgy Trust Fund Scholarship. While earning his undergraduate degree, he worked on the synthesis and characterization of manganese dioxide nanorods at the Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology at the University of Queensland.
