Andrew Roeder is a corporate attorney in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on the formation, structuring and management of private equity and venture capital funds, fund-of-funds and other investment vehicles, as well as operational, legal and regulatory issues faced by their sponsors.
In addition, he counsels fund sponsors on a variety of corporate matters, including marketing arrangements, limited partner transfers, confidentiality agreements and fund and firm governance.
