Andrew S. Nemeth is the Bankruptcy Attorney at Lerner & Rowe Law Group, Scottsdale Arizona since October 2017. He had previous stints with My Arizona Lawyers, PLLC and Vannova Legal, PLLC working as a Bankruptcy attorney with vast experience concentrating on Chapter 13 reorganization.
He attended Louisiana Tech University where he graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and California Western School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 1992.
Andrew began his bankruptcy career while still in law school as a judicial intern to the Honorable Louise Adler, United States Bankruptcy Judge. After graduating from California Western School of Law, San Diego, CA, Andrew practiced Consumer Bankruptcy Law in Bensalem, PA and Moorestown, Arizona.
With 20 years of bankruptcy experience, Andrew has helped thousands of clients resolve their financial difficulties. He is a tenacious litigator and problem solver and helps business and consumer clients successfully tackle the most complex cases.
Andrew has served as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel Trustee; as a Past Chair of the Consumer Debtor Committee of the State Bar of Arizona’s Bankruptcy Section; as a member of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court’s Strategic Planning Committee.
Andrew has been honored by the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys as its Member of the Month (August 2008), and by Green Path Debt Solutions in its Attorney Spotlight (November 2008). He has also been given Special Recognition for Pro-Bono Services by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona and the Arizona Bankruptcy Bar for participation in the Chapter 13 Hearing Program.
