Andrew P. Sutton is a real estate lawyer who focuses on commercial and corporate property transactions as well as land use and advocacy matters. He represents clients in matters involving commercial contracts, development and permitting, property acquisitions and sales, leasing and landlord tenant issues, corporate and structuring, tax credits, debt and equity financing, telecommunications licensing, and a variety of other complex real estate transactions and disputes across all asset classes.
Before joining WilmerHale, Mr. Sutton was a senior associate and associate attorney with two other law firms in Boston, where he represented commercial and corporate property owners as well as real estate developers. He represented clients in connection with a broad array of land use, permitting, legislative and regulatory compliance issues.
