Andrew Whalen is a litigator who engages in high-stakes cases against some of the most sophisticated opponents. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, and intellectual property disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked for a national litigation boutique where he practiced all aspects of litigation leading up to trial. In addition to his legal experience, Andrew has a deep understanding of construction, having spent years building residential structures and managing projects.
While in law school, Andrew served on the boards of both the Stanford Technology Law Review and the Stanford Journal of Complex Litigation. He also received the Gerald Gunther Prize for Outstanding Performance in Criminal Law.
