Andrew Whittaker

Andrew Whittaker is a trial lawyer in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office. He is a member of the Mass Tort and Toxic Tort litigation groups and has experience in individual plaintiff actions, mass torts, and commercial credit actions. Mr. Whittaker has represented a wide range of public and private entities in the medical, banking, and manufacturing industries.

Andrew is a member of the King & Spalding team serving as trial counsel for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in defending smoking and health actions brought by individual plaintiffs in Florida following the decertification of a high-profile class action.
