Angela Luckett is a commercial transactional attorney who provides comprehensive legal counsel to electric utility companies. She is skilled at negotiation, drafting, and reviewing commercial agreements in a wide range of subject areas. Angela regularly works with various business units including commercial, residential and industrial marketing, supply chain, fuels, equipment and construction services, power delivery, and corporate governance.
She handles contractual disputes up to litigation and also provides legal advice on transactions supporting day-to-day operations.
