Angela Rodriguez received her B.A. degree from University of Central Florida and graduated magna cum laude with her law degree from Barry University School of Law in 2013. While at Barry, Angela served as senior editor on Barry University Law Review and worked as a research assistant in the areas of Disability Law and Legal Ethics.
During her time in law school, Angela earned several book awards including awards in Civil Procedure, Legal Research and Writing, Constitutional Law, and Disability Law. With a focus on helping people, Angela became a Certified Legal Intern with the Legal Advocacy Center of Central Florida representing indigent clients in consumer debt collection actions and identity theft.
She also had the opportunity to serve as a Certified Legal Intern with the 18th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Sanford, Florida in the Domestic Violence division. With a passion for helping people in need, it is a natural choice that Angela begins her legal career with Brooks Law Group where she can put her ‘client focused’ mindset to work.
