Anjali D. Deshmukh is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Her practice primarily focuses on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical patent matters arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
A practicing pediatrician, Anjali completed residency at Stanford Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital in 2016. During her medical training, Anjali researched and founded a medical-legal partnership that connects legal aid attorneys with patients to address legal needs that adversely affect health.
She also has worked to improve identification of human trafficking victims in the medical setting. While attending law school, Anjali was a judicial extern for Judge Lucy H. Koh of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
