Anjelica is an Associate in the Intellectual Property and Litigation practice groups of the firm’s New York office.
Anjelica focuses her practice on trademark and copyright prosecution, clearance, enforcement and litigation. Anjelica advises clients on strategies to grow and protect their brands.
She manages international trademark portfolios for large and small clients and litigates trademark and copyright disputes in federal courts and trademark matters before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board. Anjelica’s practice also includes general commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on cases involving breach of contract, fraud and unfair trade practices.
While attending law school, Anjelica served on the Moot Court Honors Board and competed in several external competitions, including the Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition.
She externed with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement as well as with the United States Attorney’s Office. As a student-attorney in the Scott and Cyan Banister First Amendment Clinic, Anjelica represented Common Cause, the Student Press Law Center, as well as the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
