Ankith Kamaraju is a senior associate in the Litigation & Trial Practice Group, where he practices in commercial litigation, health care, and white collar litigation. Ankith routinely advises clients on issues involving the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, privacy and HIPPA issues, and prompt pay requirements.
He has represented large insurance companies, hospitals, physicians’ practices, dialysis clinics and ambulatory care providers in payment and contract disputes, bid protests, and pre-merger investigations.
Ankith not only provides his clients with fierce counsel when litigation is unavoidable but also acts as an adviser and counselor to companies facing white collar or whistleblower investigations. He has also represented individuals and large companies facing mail and wire fraud, money laundering, trade secret theft, and securities fraud charges.
Ankith attended law school at Washington University in St. Louis, where he graduated with honors in 2012. He graduated from Emory University, with highest honors, in 2007.
