Anna Q. Do represents leading domestic and international companies in the financial, technology, oil and gas, energy, and logistics and transportation industries on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters.
Ms. Do has significant experience in business tort, trade secret, trademark, and employment disputes. In addition, she counsels numerous overseas clients on business strategy issues as well as on ways in which they may mitigate their risk of future litigation.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Do was the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Christopher M. Klein, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of California. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Margaret M. Morrow of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
