Anna M. Grajcar

Anna Grajcar has worked with Kathy Zelenock, member at Dickinson Wright, for 27 years. First, starting off as a copy clerk, moving on to secretary and settling in as a paralegal over 20 years ago.

Her practice represents national and regional lenders, mortgage bankers and loan servicers, with emphasis on capital markets, conduit and bank financing, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily and manufactured housing lending. Anna is responsible for review and analysis of multiple due diligence items, including title, survey, organizational documents and coordination of closing process from start to finish.

Dickinson Wright recently moved its Oakland County, Michigan office to Troy in 2011. Since then, Dickinson Wright has been a mainstay in the community of Troy and its surrounding areas.
