Anna K. Soliman is an associate in the Tax and Wealth Planning Group in Los Angeles. Her practice focuses on estate and business succession planning, charitable planning, and overall tax planning and wealth preservation for business owners, entrepreneurs, and other high-net-worth individuals.
Anna has prepared federal estate and gift tax returns, and has represented fiduciaries before the Internal Revenue Service in the audit process, regarding valuation and other tax and legal issues.
Anna has also represented trustees, executors, and beneficiaries in the administration of trusts and estates, including the litigation and settlement of disputes between trustees and beneficiaries.
Prior to joining Venable, Anna worked at the Internal Revenue Service as an estate tax attorney and acting supervisory attorney. In these roles, she represented the IRS in the audits of numerous estate tax, gift tax, and fiduciary income tax returns. Anna also served as a deputy district attorney in Sacramento County, California, where she tried eight jury trials.
