Anne M. Stewart is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. She represents developers, buyers, sellers, private equity investors, real estate investment trusts, borrowers and lenders in all stages of real estate transactions across a variety of industries.
Anne has particular experience with purchases and sales, sale-leasebacks, joint ventures and debt and private equity financing. She has worked on projects ranging from multifamily, hotel and condominium and retail to large scale renewable energy projects.
Anne’s real estate practice is complemented by her corporate transactional skills. While in law school, Anne was selected to participate in USC’s Small Business Clinic, which provides local businesses, entrepreneurs and startups with pro bono legal services ranging from entity formation and organization to agreement drafting and counseling on transactional legal issues.
