Anthony Schlehuber, a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. Having graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Anthony now applies the analytic techniques developed during college to master the intricacies of his clients’ industries and technologies to address their legal challenges.
At Notre Dame, Anthony was a member of the National Champion Division One Fencing Team. Through his time on the team, Anthony learned how to remain flexible while determining an opponent’s strategy, and then decisively responding when the time is right. He applies these same principles with his clients so that they can flourish regardless of the legal challenge ahead.
Anthony graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. While in school, he was a member of the National Moot Court team and was trained as a certified neutral mediator as part of a local community mediation clinic. Anthony leverages these skills to provide efficient and effective legal representation to his clients.
