Antonio Grillo

Antonio S. Grillo is a trial attorney with Jacoby & Meyers, LLC. Prior to his working with the firm, Mr. Grillo began his legal career as an attorney with the New York State Attorney General’s Office.

He later became a senior trial attorney with Allstate Insurance Company, leading to a position as outside trial counsel for various insurance companies. Mr. Grillo gained valuable knowledge how insurance companies evaluate, settle, and defend cases. These unique skills that he brings to our firm allow us to provide the most zealous representation to our clients.

He has represented plaintiffs who have sustained various catastrophic injuries as a result of all types of accidents. Most recently, he was on trial for over a month representing a passenger who was injured in a collision involving a police vehicle that had made an illegal turn.

As a result of that collision, our client had to undergo several surgeries due to the injuries she sustained. Through his efforts he was able to obtain a settlement against the City of New York in the amount of $4,500,000.00.

Through these cases and many similar ones, Mr. Grillo has managed to recovered millions of dollars on behalf of our clients. Additionally, Mr. Grillo is an active member of various charitable and volunteer programs throughout the Tri-State area and is an avid supporter of animal rights.
