Ms. McLean earned her Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She studied in Japan for three years as part of her undergraduate work; as a result, she speaks fluent Japanese.
She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. While in law school she extended her passion for immigration law by participating in the Immigration Law Clinic where she worked with children asylum seekers.
Her areas of practice include immigration-related issues such as deportation, adjustment of status, bond hearings in Eloy, Florence and elsewhere, consular processing, waiver assistance, deferred action and immigration appeals.
She has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2010 and is also a member of the State Bar of Arizona Immigration and Criminal Sections.
