Anya Kreimerzak is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. She has a general corporate practice with an emphasis on representing clients in acquisition transactions, secondary transactions, investment adviser and broker-dealer registration, and regulation and compliance.
In addition, Anya is dedicated to pro bono work, representing clients in various matters, including immigration proceedings and claims for disability benefits from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Anya earned her LL.B. from Tsinghua University School of Law in Beijing, China, and her LL.M. from University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law, specializing in business law. While at Tsinghua, Anya worked as a legal intern for a leading international law firm’s Asia corporate group. After graduation, she joined the same firm as a trainee and then as a paralegal.
