
Aria Nejad is the founder of ADN Law Group, PLLC. In 2008, Mr. Nejad graduated with honors from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He then worked as an Investment Advisor for Wells Fargo Bank before deciding on attending law school.
In 2013, he earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He is licensed to practice law in both Utah State Court and Utah Federal District Court. During his time in law school Mr. Nejad testified in front of the Utah State Senate and Utah House of Representatives on public policy matters.
He assisted the ACLU by drafting Research Memoranda, Testimony, and Legislative Briefing Summaries on various bills during the 2012 and 2013 legislative sessions on Utah’s Capitol Hill. In 2012, he was awarded the Fabian Law Scholarship for his dedication to Pro-Bono work & academic excellence.
In addition to his law school experience, Mr. Nejad has worked in both the public and private sectors of the Utah legal community. In 2012 he worked with The Legal Aid Society in the areas of employment, labor, divorce, family, criminal defense, and juvenile law.
Mr. Nejad has also worked with multiple private practice law firms concerning matters of property law, landlord-tenant disputes, medical malpractice, and personal injury.
