Ariana E. Fuller is an associate in the Los Angeles office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Healthcare practice. Ariana specializes in managed care litigation. She represents hospitals and other healthcare providers against health plans in arbitrations as well as federal and state civil actions throughout the country.
Ariana also has experience conducting internal investigations and defending companies and individuals against accusations of fraud and abuse.
Prior to becoming a litigator, Ariana served as a judicial clerk in the Central District of California to the Hon. Jesus G. Bernal and as an extern for the Hon. Stephen R. Reinhardt of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. While in law school, she participated in the law school’s Ninth Circuit Clinic, where she fully briefed, argued, and ultimately won an appeal of a summary judgment ruling against her client, who was unlawfully denied a religious accommodation.
Ariana received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she served as the Articles Editor for the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs as well as the Events Chair for the American Constitution Society. Ariana received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, cum laude.
