Ariel Greenstein concentrates her practice on securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions, ongoing compliance under U.S. securities laws, corporate governance and general corporate representations.
Ariel has advised domestic and foreign companies and financial institutions in a range of corporate matters, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, tender offers, private placements of debt and equity securities, and public and private mergers and acquisitions.
She has represented clients operating in a wide range of industries, including primarily health care, technology, insurance and financial services, energy and consumer products. Ariel joined the firm from the New York office of a global law firm where her practice primarily involved capital markets transactions.
