Ariel Oseasohn serves an associate with the law firm White & Case and works in the Infrastructure, Energy, Project and Asset Finance group of the firm’s New York office. He focuses his practice on advising clients on complex project financing schemes including bond financing and federal government financing programs.
He frequently advises lenders, government entities, and developers on project analysis, development, and finance in the renewable, conventional, and clean energy spaces such as biochemicals, solar, biomass, energy storage, biofuels, and biogas conversion as well as waste-to-energy.
Finance Monthly named him Deal Maker of the Year in December 2014 for his role in securing an $800 million financial closing for a solar-thermal power plant project in Israel. He has obtained the membership of professional associations such as the New York State Bar and Israel Bar Association.
Ariel Oseasohn obtained LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2009 and worked till 2015 with Yigal Arnon & Co. offices out of Jerusalem, Israel. He provided legal services to private and governmental entities in the fields of Project Finance government procurement while focusing primarily on infrastructure, high-tech projects, and energy.
He joined the Washington DC office of the law firm Kilpatrick Townsend and Stockton LLP with its Energy and Project Finance practice group in 2015. He provided legal services as well as oversaw the provision of other associates.
He completed his LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law with Distinction, while also obtaining a place in the Dean’s list from the Georgetown University Law Centre in 2018.
Ariel Oseasohn joined the project finance team of White & Case LLP in July 2018. He also serves as a volunteer at the animal welfare DC PAWS Rescue since 2016 and speaks English and Hebrew languages.
