Arleen E. Delos Santos is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Workers’ Compensation Practice. Ms. Delos Santos specializes in workers’ compensation defense for self-insured employers, third party administrators, and insurance carriers at Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards throughout California.

Ms. Delos Santos has extensive experience in the handling of complex and high profile cases from the filing of the claim to trial and appeal. Ms. Delos Santos focuses on quick cost-effective resolution and aggressive defense against fraudulent filings and excessive medical treatments.
